As said a full cover blind allows you to move and move and move. I have two and do use them quite alot.

Fo low blinds or a portable run and gun situation.

Am like you and have back problems. What I made was a chair to help support my back. All it is a a steel framed beach chair. One that sits very low to the ground. It is about 3 inches off the ground. I then just sprayed it with camo paint. To this I add a ensolite camo boat cushion (streans) and I can sit for hours. I put this in a low rag blind as I prefer this more. To the boat cushion I have added an old gym bag strap betweent he handles. This allows me to sling it over my shoulder and off I go!
