the 270 and 300 WSM's for sure are here to stay.
I hope you're right. This .270 win fan (me) bought a 300 wsm last year. I like the 300 wsm but I don't know if I like it any better than .270.
Either way, I have decided I don't need two calibers for pretty much the same purpose. This year's antelope, deer, and cow elk with the 300 wsm were no deader than last year's with the .270. Learn a caliber and stick with it - sage advice, to me.
So I'm selling or trading them both (both mid-grades) for a nice, keeper, legacy rifle. Browning or Kimber. What I can't decide is .270 win or 300 wsm.
