RE: wisker biskit or drop away
Definitely for a first timer I would go with a Whisker Biscuit. There's basically no chance of foul ups either practicing or hunting with this rest. I know some of the fall away die hards will tell you otherwise, but in my opinion, after it is set up and tuned to your bow properly, it's fire away and don't even worry about it.
