Default Pretty decent (and easy) wild turkey recipe

I just skin the chest cut out the breast meat - that will leave you with two really big "turkey steaks."

1. Put each one in a bed of aluminum foil;
2. Pour a little italian dressing on each one;
3. Open a can of apple sauce and dump 1/2 can over each breast;
4. Sprinkle some rosemary leaves over the entire concoction;
5. Seal up in the foil; and
6. Bake at 350 for about an hour or so or until thoroughly cooked (I'm never really good at this part).
7. EAT (I AM good at this part).

TIP - Pick out the BB's if you can before you eat - this will prevent any orthodontic disasters
