Default RE: Kawaskia 4-wheelers

I can't speak from perdonal Kawasaki ownership but I will tell you this. I am a devout Polaris fan. I have had a chance to ride all three of the big bore machines, and I have to say the one that would seriously tempt me to stray from Polaris would be the 650 Prairie. It has the most power by far of the three. The thing I didn't like about the Polaris is that the tranny engages at too high of an RPM, it still has a mechanical speedo, and Oh My God is it HEAVY. The main thing I didn't like about the Grizzly was the brakes, they just plain sucked. It also was not near as smooth as the twin cylinder machines. I felt that the Grizzly was "tippy" feeling because it sits do high. The downfalls I see on the Prarie are having to hold in the lever for the front diff to lock and it does not have independent rear suspension.

It would be a no brainer for me if I were trying to decide between the 360 and the 650. I'd buy the 650 in a heartbeat.
