I'm hunting in cold weather on a regular basis. I keep my bow set at 65lbs and have no problems pulling it. So long as you practice year round you should not have a problem pulling your draw weight. If 70lbs was no problem for you I'd get the 60-70lb model, you can always turn it down a bit.
