First off How much are you spending on the Piggy Back ? New or used ?
The reason I ask is several years ago I had 1 ,bigist waist of $$ ever .
I had nothing but problems and ended up selling it after 6 mounths for 1/3 of what I paid for it.

RCBS may have fixed the problems I had with the III.
But If it new and you need to buy a "new" press and a Piggy back III ($319.99) you can buy a real progressive press .
After I dumped the Piggy Back I picked up a new Dillon 550B press ($329.99) and love it .
Dillon coustomer service is next to non .
I broke (my fault) a small primer punch this fall after having it 5 years ,called Dillon to buy a new punch ,they sent me a new punck in the mail for free ,told me the press has a life time warenty.

IMO buy a Dillon over a new Piggy back III
