I think if you move him into a release you should start getting him coached so he doesnt make mistakes with the release early on and have to clean them up later when its harder, I think there are some good coaches in saskatchewan I just don't know where. I shot fingers, for most of then 10years I have been shooting and I had no problems. If you do get him a release, get something good that will grow as he grows and can be used for a long time.
