bigcountry I hear you loud and clear, and I also state again I am no rifle expert or reloading expert. I have understood that at my speed I better not expect more that 1000 rounds before groups realy go to crap. But my gun is factory with a standard 26" tube. I want a custom barrel maybe 27.5" to 29" long. I don't know what is the best length for custom is though? How long is your barrel? Also if I shoot a 200 Gr. bullet at around 3200 to 3250 f/s which is still fast for a 200 gr. bullet will that burn out a barrel just as quick as a 180 at 3400 f/s?
