I got family lives about 1 mile down the road if thats the eat-n-park I'm thinking of. Land is still cheap in WV compared to a lot of other areas. We found several nice pieces down there reasonable. Just to far for hunting land from NH. Up here besides way less deer land is outrageous. Family bought a 2ac piece with a run down shack for 15k 5 yrs ago about 20 mi south of canadian border. Today after spending about 7k in supplies and a ton of sweat equity it was just valued at 95k for tax purposes. Unusable swamp land in the middle of nowwhere is going for 7 to 10k an acre. Let alone prime land.
