Coastie...I am well-versed in wildlife biology. I took several classes in college on the topic and have read every book available.
That wasn't apparent from your original post, I have no Biology background but work on a daily basis with some of the finest Wildlife Biologists in the State of Georgia as well as Wildlife Management Area managers that have been using QDM principles for over 12 years.
When you ask an open ended question it would be nice if you gave a little more background than you provided so folks can give a more reasoned response.
