I shoot the 22-250, BUT would choose the .223 because I feel I am over gunned since I almost always get pass throughs. Which ammo you will end up using will depend on the rifle. I have heard good things about the Wolf ammo., but until you get your rifle and shoot it, you just won't know what it likes. I am looking into the new .204 for my next calling rifle.
