I agree with john, it would have required more lead BUT the lead looks smaller than it really is once you get out at farther ranges. As far as the 20 Ga it is a great gun but you need to pick your shots and try closer shots for it to be greatly effiecient....and as far as the better gun, that just depends if you are killing birds by looks or skill! I am the poorest guy out of my group of buddies but i repeatedly seem to outshoot them all, but I try to get more days in the field and try to practice more also, skill outperforms gimmicks and looks everyday of the week!!!!
