I agree with Cloud 9 on the kisser ,But seriously if your shooting well without one then why put one on, because it does slow you down ,but very little . What I'd reccommend is for you to try one for awhile and if your shooting doesn't improve or change, then take it off again and add it to your drawer of accessories,because someone down the road just might need it, and you can help someone else out.
