Well, I don't like the Failsafes or TBBC. They build pressure quick, you can't seem to get the velocity you want due to that. And accuracy of most solid shanks bullets are usually so-so.
I have used the a-frames on moose, but man, they are so expensive. But they worked nicely. For your situation, pick the A-frames and 160gr at that. I have seen however a partition penetrate thru a moose at 150 yards where a A-Frame did not. May not mean much, but the A-Frame doesnt' loose its front like a Partition. I won't hesitate to use a partition, A-Frame, TSX, or the newer Accubond on any of those game you mentioned.
Also I like the barnes TSX. I can get nice velocity out of them. Good accuracy and penetrates like a failsafe.
