That's it? I have an older TC Hawken, about 25 years old, with the old stuff on it you describe. So I just send it in to them?
IMO, as a long time owner/user of TC's muzzleloaders, I've had a lot of experience with them amd have learned the best thingt to do is just send something in to Service Manager Tim Pancurak with a nice memo explaining your concern over the unreliability of the product, etc.
If you call them, they may be less inclined to deal with something...but if they open a box, and it has one of their locks and a nice memo with it, they'll fix or replace it and send it back, no charge...done it for me on numerous occasions over the years
