I also make them and Wingbone was spot on.

Hopefully later this year I'll be back on and post how I do them. I have several I owe to people on this forum and they are being worked on. I have over 150 to make this year and this is just a hobby. hehe

They are a very effective tool. I never leave home with out 'em! Also have made a few out of Canada goose wings too!

In a pinch I have also used a ball point pen bottom as a wingbone call and you can use a soda straw.
