Sorry, I didn't read your whole post.

If you want dead on at 150, I'm going to say that you should hit about 1/2" low at 25 yards.

This would put you maybe 1/4" high at 50, 3/4" inch high at 100, 2.5" low at 200, and almost 7" low at 250.

It really depends on many factors tho. Hope this helps.
