thanks, but i have a smoothbore. slugs are accurate up to about 5 yards
. after that, i have to point way high to put the slug in the right place. my uncle said 00 buckshot works, but i wanted some more opinions.
i could still hit the coyote with the slug, but im not sure if i'd just shoot its leg off or what...i dont shoot slugs much from my shotgun, so im not entirely familiar with the rate at which they fall. if they were within about 20 yards i could hit them, but outside of that, i'd be better off with my .22 or some buckshot. unless rifled slugs are better. maybe i should try some of them.
