If you are paying hundreds of dollars for a gun,you shouldn't have to use bolts and great stuff in the stock.

If all it takes is $7 to make it balanced, you better-believe a smart rifle shopper would... at least one that has the knowledge that the syn Omega, despite being a little imbalanced, still was rewarded with "Most Consumer Satisfied Awards each of the last two years.
You sound like the typical shopper who insists on a full stock gun like a CVA Firebolt, yet had less regard for accuracy, barrel/action quality and best in-the-business warranty.
