Well, for one, the advantage of a car is that it moves, you can take it anywhere you want, scouting, "hunting", whatever, it's a movable blind. Oh, and I believe it IS illegal in most states, correct me if I am wrong on that though. The difference here is, it's a house, no different than a blind. He strategically placed his HOUSE in the middle of a woods, not much of a difference than that and a stand or blind, right? I'm sure he did his business scouting different pieces of land, in fact, when he bought this land, he hunted from the same spot his house now sits on, he had a blind in the same spot... I guess he just replaced it with a 1500sq ft. model with a kitchen and bathroom! LOL He had this land far before he built on it, he orignially bought the land strictly for hunting, but later, after much house hunting in the city decided to build there.
