Holy cow man! Thats alot of questions!
I'd shoot the pearson myself, because at one time I was pretty familiar with their product.
Upping poundage, probally not that important. You can according to most states hunt effectivly with only 40 - 45 lbs. However, hitting a deer square in the shoulder will greatly reduce the effectiveness of your arrow at any speed.
As far as blades, everyone has their own opinion on them. I shoot three blade G2 Montec. Before I shot Rocky Mountain, and Thunderheads. I am extremely happy with the G2s, they are a fixed three blade that fly accuratly and penetrate well. My friend and long time hunting partner shoots two blade and has for sometime now. While I agree the accuracy is awesome, the missing third blade could be the cause of at least one monster bucks escape from us..and that is enough to keep me with three blades.
