little-d is right. You can get a Thompson Center Encore in .50 caliber and then later, as you get more money add some of the different barrels and shotgun barrels to it. The muzzleloader barrel with a scope and the right bullet and practice of course, it is a 200+ yard rifle. People prove that every day. They are the top of the line in Thompson Center so be prepared to pay top dollar for one. I personally have no need for the center fire aspect of it, because I hunt with only muzzleloaders.
