I know very very few bowhunters that go out in the last seaon - deer are just too wired to get close to. Are you a primitive BP hunter? If not , could you tell me why you need any early season with a scoped inline 200 yd weapon before gun? If allowed, would not the chance to fill your mz tags during the regular season not give you the expanded season you are seeking to fill your tags? Just trying alternative ideas where all could gain and none lose much.

Remember, one the possibilities of appearing to the DEC to have no common ground in seeking changes to the season is that there will be no change. Then no group gets anything.
