I had a girlfriend that hunted. I married her 36 years ago. We just returned from a mule deer hunt about an hour ago. Took two very large Mule deer does. We saw some nice bucks but we just applied for antlerless permits this year. The local landowners need to reduce the doe population and they are happy for any help they can get. I made two phone calls and had permission to hunt 9000 acres of prime deer country.
