Sounds like it was a full size arrow to me if he couldn't be fit into the medi-vac chopper. Which would in turn mean that the shooter WAS using a DRAW LOCK.....ILLEGAL in the state of WI. WTF was the guy doing with it pointed at a vehicle? Why was is still cocked anyway?
