Real easy - just cut your string at the nock. It's easy to pull off without pliers then[:@]

Another easy way is with two pair of pliers and a third hand to hold the bow. Just grab it with the pliers and carefully twist in opposite directions. Be sure that the metal doesn't contact the string or you will end up with my first suggestion.
