I own 100 acres in Oklahoma, and there are a very few people that I will allow on there "Anytime", but I did tell them that they are welcome anytime, and that is what I mean. If this guy said you are welcome to hunt anytime, I would take him at his word, but talk to him as soon as he got back if he can't be reached before he returns.
