I have a REM. 1100 semi auto with a Hastings fully rifled barrel. I put an A-Square scope mount on it and a 2.5 power scope. I shoot Federal sabots and get 2 3/4 in. groups at 100 yds.

I had a little trouble with the scope mount at first. If I tightened up the bolts that hold it to the gun too much the reciever was pinched and the gun would not cycle properly. If I losened it too much the scope mount would move a little making groups larger. I took it to a gunsmith and he used some barrel bedding epoxy between the mount and the gun and then tightened the bolts just enough. Works good now.
