I have a problem.

I just purchased a cabin with a few acres in nirthern Wisconsin.
Last week I found a treestand on my property, I think it might be the neighbors.
He may have had permission from the previous owner, but has said nothing to me.

Also yesterday I discovered my new trailcam missing from a trail I was watching.
It was located near the treestand. Any ideas on how to approach the neighbor?

I don't want an enemy as a neighbor, but I don't want him on my property and I do want my camera back!
