About the only good way to eat a snowshoe is to soak it in milk for a day or so and then bone it out and cook it fast in a hot pan with butter and onions. eat them like fajitas. The roads have been fairly crappy here lately too. I was thinking about maybe making a run north to do some predator hunting in the near future. Would rather hit kodiak but don't have the money to do that right now.
