RE: Sacrificed an arrow today
I had always found cotton tails to taste better than snowshoes. Usually the cotton tails were all eating grasses and grains while the snowshoes are eating cedar/pine/and bark. I'm sure the snowshoes are better eating earlier in the year too. I just like to chase them around and nothing is as fun as watching a beagle chopping along the track.
I was down at the anchor last weekend, not much going on. I stopped at the bait store down there and the guy said they had been seeing a few steelies, but nothing great yet.
