I like it all, but two favorites come to mind:

Butterfly chops rubbed with ground nut/cranberry mix (mixed nuts), sauted in olive oil with onion and bacon in a covered fry pan for an hour or so. Can't beat it.

Venison roast in the crock pot with gravy mix, morel mushrooms, seasoning. Good stuff.
