They did come installed on the bow from the factory but came loose sometime after I started shooting. I talked to Chris at Sims Lab and he told me to follow the directions they have posted on their website and if that didn't work he would get me a new set. Said that the piece the screw threads into may be broke. I'll give a try tonight when I get home and see how it works.
