I shot a moose with 160 Accubond out of a 7mm rem mag. Took him high in the chest and nicked the bottom of the spine and he dropped in his tracks. Bull was still breathing but paralyzed when I got to him so I shot him in the neck and the bullet completely shed its core and did not go through the neck at about 20 ft. I will be closely monitoring reports on accubonds before I use them on moose again. Not quite ready to give up on them as 1 kill is not enough to judge, but I am curious to see how the elk hunters make out with them.
