I don't think that there's another sport in which you can come back without doing what you set out to do and still consider it successful.
Very true and good point. I would say golf is up there. I set out to make every shot I take. Obviously this doesn't happen, but still have succesful rounds
Just seeing deer does it for me too. That's what I consider a succesful hunt IMO. Actually just being in the woods does it for me.
