RE: Rattling in areas with low buck/doe ratios?? (Northeast)
I'm in So. MD and have tried rattleing a few times. I'm not saying a ton but a few times. I've had small bucks (spikes and forks) come in but that's about it. Nothing worth shooting. I stopped trying because I feel that if a buck is with a doe or two why would he go check out a fight. There's plenty of does to go around so I doubt it would work on big boys.
