Default RE: Plauged with problems just a few days before season!

I can top that story jsasker. They legalized crossbow hunting here in Md for use during the firearms season and 2 two week seasons during bowseason. Let me first state that I have no objection to anyone using a crossbow if they do it ethnically and well. I have a permit due to a shoulder surgery but will enjoy using my vertical bow unitl I'm not able to anymore. Anywho, I cannot tell you how many times I have been in my local Bass Pro Shop and have seen noobs buying a new crossbow with all the accessories, have it setup in the store and get a new climbing treestand on Friday night so they can go hunt Saturday morning. I have even seen some pull up to public places that I hunt around 6:30 am(twilight is 6:45), slamming their truck doors, talking loudly and using a freaking floodlight to walk to some tree that looks good. Usually takes them about an hour to climb up and finally get settled. Meanwhile I just sit there shaking my head before I finally get down and leave and they never even knew I was there. I wish there was some way to stop this kind of action but it's a free country filled with all kinds of people and I fear it will continue until the great privilege of hunting is abolished.

Whew, let me step down off of my soapbox.
