It must be nice to use a high powered rifle in your states. Here in Ohio, we have an option to take a muzzleloader (*which can reach out to max of 200 yds.*) or a shotgun for deer. I was just thinking of how nice it must be to get to use fancy scopes, heavy loads, and more than 3 cartridges in the gun at one time... I guess what I'm trying to say is you all actually ought to consider yourself lucky.... lucky that you have the privilege.... Good hunting, and I'm outta here.

I don't feel lucky that I can hunt with a rifle...It is indeed nice to have so many options for me to use...I have had guys here in Texas give me grief that I hunt with a rifle...Saying there is no sport in shooting the animal from 300 yards away...I have never had to shoot a deer or any animal no farther that 125 - 150 Yards away ...
I guess it seems that the grass is always greener on the other side...Its not always the case...More and more guys I know have put down there rifles and have gone to bows...And the most of them want to shoot traditional bows...
You can use the analogy that Im lucky because I can use feeders here ...Some states can and some cant...
