Default RE: Heads up Kansans, Head of KDWP pushing economics

You know, not every Tom, Dick, and Harry would want to hunt in Ks. if everyone that lived there didn't come out tell everyone that Ks. is a "hunting paradise", so that's what you get when you're on here telling the world how great the quality of deer is there. I'll be there again and again, even though it saddens me a bit that the outfitting businesses are the ones they will be reaping the benefits of the large portion of out-of-staters when they allow more tags. There is alot of public land, but if there are more tags available to the o/s hunters, then the outfitters will be leasing more and more land from the locals. I wonder, are they going to allow more tags for all forms of hunting, such as rifle, muzzleloader, bow.
Oh, by the way, there are no good quality bucks in N. Central Ks., those that Ks. Hunter shows I think came from down around where Wolfen68 hunts!
