I haven't so much as seen a venomous snake while hunting yet. I did see a decent sized blacksnake once when scouting. I would love to find some good sized copperheads actually. I make my own bows and copperhead skin makes a very attractive backing. It can be hard to find large enough copperheads though since they are short snakes.
