Any of the anti-seize lubes or tape works well. I've heard of some guys using waterpump grease or other high temp grease. Their purpose was an attempt to save a few bucks. You use so little that a container of name brand breech plug lube lasts for years anyway. I doubt that you can save enough to count. Use what you have, but use it every time you clean the gun.
