I would take either the .270 Win, or 7 RM. Either will handle most game you mentioned well. The .270 should have no problem reaching for mulies to 300 yds or more. Then you mentioned you might get a .300 of some sort, so it would be almost a mute point to get a 7 mag and then a .300. The 7 RM will handle about everything you would want to hunt, including the moose. I would simply stay away from the .270 WSM because I feel there is really not major advantage over any of the two calibers mentioned, and we know they will be around a while!!
