Your refering to "cresting" your arrows. When it comes to cresting, you can be creative. Sure spray paint may be your simple solution however it may not last depending on the rest you have. You may also have to treat the arrows prior to painting. You didn't mention carbon or aluminum. Again, be creative but be sure the scent will be gone when you enter the woods.
