I grew up shooting a Remington Speedmaster and a Browning BL-22. They are both sweet-shooting, accurate guns. I've had my Browning 24 years, shot it last weekend. Still love it. I've killed squirrel-size game at >50 yards with both guns.
They are the best .22's that I know of. I highly recommend both.
