Thanks for sharing your experience Jeff. I've been very happy with the BT factory string but I've read alot of positive things about Winners Choice strings that had me wondering if I should give them a try. Although the manual states 2500 shots before replacement I estimate I have well over 3000 shots on the string and it's just now needing replaced.

While I'm thinking about it, is there any special lubricant that's recommended for the axles? I was thinking about completely breaking down the bow when I replace the string and clean/re-lube everything.
