RE: String replacement
Neither is a poor choice.
For a BowTech, I would go with the BT replacements. Simply because they are lighter, quieter, & faster with very little creep. Not to mention, much less expensive.
I put WC on all my other brand bows because I get a good discount at my shop, but I stick with the custom strings BT uses on my BowTechs and have never seen the need for anything else. When I got replacement strings for my Liberty a couple of months ago, I had to put in a twist in the cable after about 30 arrows, another at 75 or so, and after a 100 shots, they settled. Haven't moved the slightest bit since. WC settle in about half that time, but cost twice as much and are louder. Another 50 arrows or so is no big deal to me.
BT has the best factory strings on the market AFAIC. Much better than the competition.
