Marijuana is illegal but they are still able to sell zig zags and bongs.

Stores justify selling it because some people like to feed deer and take pictures and stuff I guess. I don't understand why it's illegal in some states to bait deer anyways. It's legal in Texas so most people do it.

If it's legal and everybody does it does that really give anyone an advantage over the other?
