I love them if I can get them chilled quickly. On a hot day with a bow killed deer that I had to let set a while, I'll pass. Otherwise, fire up the skillet!

The heart is actually one of the better cuts of meat out of a deer. Slice it thin, dregde in seasoned flour, fry hot until JUST done, salt and eat.
