Excellent choice for deer sized and thin skinned game.I shoot the 140 gr,BST out of my 7mm08 and the results are both inpressive and devestating,Like they were struck with lightning.Eg:On an antelope hunt in Wy, a hunting partner shot an antelope through the boiler room with a 7mm rem mag and a 160gr. nosler,that animal ran off as if it were never touched(he found it dead about 100 yards over the next hill,very dead but a small exit wound)When he and another friend witnessed me shoot my antelope with my 7mm08 pistol with 140gr BST's their jaws where hanging on the ground,that antelope got a building droped on him flipped up in the air dead on its back legs staight up in the air.You have to match the proper bullet to the game you are hunting,that controled expanding nosler didn't preform as well as the BST on that sized game.
